Community Markets Inc. to Host Food Box Giveaway in Paw Paw, Serving 120 Families with Fresh, Local West Virginia Food

Event held in partnership with the Starting Points Morgan County Family Support Center, with support from Highmark Foundation and Jefferson Security Bank.

PAW PAW, WV — Community Markets Inc. (CMI) will host a Food Box Giveaway on Tuesday, August 11, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (while food lasts) on Bevans Industrial Lane in Paw Paw, West Virginia. The event will provide healthy, locally grown West Virginia food to 120 families in the community.

The Giveaway is organized in partnership with the Starting Points Morgan County Family Support Center, with additional support from Highmark Foundation and Jefferson Security Bank.

“This event is about connecting families in Morgan County with fresh, nutritious food grown right here in West Virginia,” said Mark Peiffer, Operations Manager of Community Markets Inc. “We’re grateful to our partners for making it possible to bring this food directly to the people who need it.”
